Born and raised in New York, Monica has always found her flow state while immersed in creative energy. She is charged with Offsite’s Product Design division and previously built powerhouse teams at places like AKQA, Airbnb, and Robinhood. She is drawn to beautiful spaces, inspired storytelling, and the kind of design that lasts. She plays piano, experiments with film photography, and travels often — preferring to collect moments more than things. She’s also a devoted dog mom to Bam, a spirited ball of energy who occasionally steals the spotlight on Zoom. In another life, she probably would have been an interior designer, as she’s forever chasing what feels timeless and quietly impactful. For the record, omakase and Asian sweets are the way to her heart.
