Born and raised in New York, Jess connects creative and tech talent with teams where they can do their best work. She was the second recruitment hire at Work & Co, built recruiting teams at startups like Good Dog, and became Uncommon Creative Studio’s first in-house recruiter. Her superpower is getting to know the people behind the portfolios and finding where they belong. Outside of work, you’ll find her reading novels with unhinged female narrators, turning life’s stranger moments into creative nonfiction, or hanging out with her dog, Harriet.
